No one is ever immune to seasons of change. Individuals, businesses, families, government establishments, and nations experience and are susceptible to seasons of change. Seasons of change may include; a change in the leadership structure of an organization or country, getting married, expecting a baby, unexpected health problems, becoming wealthy, natural disasters, global financial crisis or other forms of crunches, etc.
• When you are confronted by a season of change, how prepared are you?
• What kind of attitude do you display during seasons of change?
• What kind of attitude should you have during seasons of change?
• Is your hope stifled or alive during seasons of change?
• Are you paralyzed to face your seasons of change courageously?
• Who or what do you anchor your hope upon to navigate your season of change courageously?

ERIC N. SUPEN
Eric N. Supen is the author of several books and a certified International Coach with La Red – The Global Entrepreneur Institute, based in the United States of America (http://lared.org/). Eric has coached several international students with La Red and still coaches. His passion for coaching is for people and organizations to experience transformation as they are ignited with faith, filled with hope, and encouraged to be all they were created to be.
Eric is an ordained Minister of the Gospel with Rural Shepherds Network, Somers, Montana, USA and he holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Architecture from the University of Jos, Nigeria.
He is on the leadership team of NewSong Heidelberg, a Christian ministry based in Germany. Eric is married to Jana, and they are blessed with two lovely kids, Amy and Samu and reside in Germany.
